Shipping is via a nationwide courier and freight company to ensure fast, user-friendly delivery. We aim for overnight delivery to main centres for orders received by midday. Please allow longer for rural delivery, remote areas and parts of the South Island. If your order is urgent, let us know and we will do our utmost to get it to you by the required time.

We have complete faith in our products. They are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty and our put it right attitude. If you receive a shipment that is faulty or damaged, let us know the invoice number and details of what has gone wrong and we will organise a credit or replacement for you.
